How do you add a new rank?
Admin Panel>>Users and Groups>>Ranks - Rank Administration>>Add a New Rank>>Fill out the form.
How do you give a certain member a bar?
Admin Panel>>Users and Groups>>Users - Search Users>>Search the User you want to put the bar in and click it>>Scroll down until you see a tab that says Special admin-only fields (I modified it so mods can do it too)>>Rank title
How do you promote and demote?
Homepage>>Scroll down until you see the legend of ranks>>Click one>>To promote, type their username in the box. To demote, select the box next to their username and hit Remove Selected User(s)
How do you select someone to moderate a section?
Admin Panel>>Users and Groups>>Users - Search Users>>Type/search the user then click on it>>Go to the Permissions tab>>Check/uncheck the sections to moderate
How do you make a new category or forum?
Admin Panel>>General>>Forum - Categories and Forums>>Click the plus sign under action>>Choose Category or Forum
Remember, categories don't show. Forums are like this section: Techie Help.
Categories are groups of forums to keep organized (;
How do you edit someone's account? (ex. signature, avvie, username, etc.)
Admin Panel>>Users and Groups>>Users - Search Users>>Search the username>>Just replace anything xD

To promote and demot you scroll all the way down on my site's hompage till you see what ranks we have like: mod, designer, admin, and etc. you click one of those and at the bottom it says add a member you put in the member then they're added, to demo there is a box by their user mark the box then click remove selected
